  • What causes this issue?

Either the connection to the central system with logical system name
&V1& could not be made, or the system administrator has deactivated
change management in the decentralized system.

    System Response

Changes that you make in the decentralized system cannot be communicated
    to the central system.

If you make changes that would normally be synchronized with the central
system (for example changes to the delivery quantity), depending on the
Customizing settings, you cannot save the delivery or change management
    is deactivated for the delivery.

    How to fix this error?

    Inform the system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

Check the RFC system connection to &V1&.
In <DS:SIMG.SIMG_LE_IDW_DEC_CHG>Customizing</>, you can specify how the
decentralized system (WMS) is to react to the loss of connection.
You cannot temporarily deactivate change management in this system using
transaction <DS:TRAN.LECMOFF>LECMOFF</> so that in future, the central
system is no longer called and the RFC wait no longer apply.
