What causes this issue?

When creating an <ZK>InsuranceCollectionDisbursmentRequest</> Enterprise
Services business object, you entered a reference to an insurance
object.
The system has determined insurance object &V1& for this reference.
However, this insurance object does not belong to the insurance contract
category (internal insurance object category 20).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter an insurance contract that is assigned to an insurance object with
the internal insurance object category 20.
