What causes this issue?

You have tried to create an <LS>InsuranceCollectionDisbursementRequest
</>. You need an insurance object to do so. Since the indicator
<DS:DE.ICDR_XIOCREATE_VK>Process Insurance Objects</><LS> </> has not
been set in posting area V350 for system &V1&, contract type &V2&, and
contract subtype &V3&, you are not permitted to create insurance
objects.

How to fix this error?

Create an insurance object with the reference used by the contract in
the feeder system.
Set the indicator <LS>Process Insurance Objects </>in posting area V350
(Transaction VKKICDR2). If this indicator is set, the system
automatically creates insurance objects when
<LS> InsuranceCollectionDisbursementRequests </> are created.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
