What causes this issue?

<DS:GLOS.B564D21ADF1CD3119B430060B0671ACC>Insurance object</> &V1& was
created successfully during processing of the
<LS>InsuranceCollectionDisbursementAgreement (ICDA)</>. The insurance
object has the following reference to the contract in the feeder system:
Type/ID: &V2&
Subtype/-ID: &V3&
System: &V4&
Processing of the ICDA is complete when the insurance object has been
created. Because an ICDA in Collections/Disbursements corresponds to an
insurance object, the ICDA has the same identification &V1& as the
insurance object.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
