    Subtype/-ID: &V3&
    System: &V4&
    Processing of the ICDA is complete when the insurance object has been
    created. Because an ICDA in Collections/Disbursements corresponds to an
    insurance object, the ICDA has the same identification &V1& as the
    insurance object.
