Message text: No archiving from applications with document check; more than & documents
The document check for applications was activated in Customizing.
For these applications, more documents exist in the system than can be
processed.
For these applications with document check, archiving was not carried
out.
For applications without document check, archiving was carried out as
normal.
For applications without document check, no further action is
necessary.
For applications with document check, the following possibilities
exist:
First archive the documents for the affected applications.
In Customizing, switch off the document check for the affected
applications.
By resetting the retention days you must ensure, that no conditions are
archived that are too new.
Set the parameter 'maximum document check' higher.
This can cause an abnormal termination with an error, since the roll
area is possibly too small (100,000 documents correspond to ca. 1 MB).

SAP messages fall into 3 different categories: Error messages
(message type = E), Warnings (W) or Informational (I) messages.
An error message will prevent you from continuing your work - it is a hard stop and you need to fix the error before you can proceed. A warning message will stop your work, however, you can then bypass the warning by pressing the Enter key on your keyboard. That said, it is still good practice to investigate the cause of the warning message and address it. An information message will not stop your work and is truly just for informational purposes.
