This error indicates that the configuration of the virtual machine (VM) does not meet the recommended or required settings for optimal performance.

Cause: The error is usually caused by one of the following issues: Excessive Threads per Core: The number of virtual CPUs (vCPUs) assigned to a VM exceeds the recommended number of threads per physical core. This can lead to performance degradation. Improper Virtualization Configuration: The VM may be configured with more threads than the underlying physical hardware can efficiently handle. Resource Contention: If multiple VMs are competing for the same physical resources, it can lead to performance issues and trigger this error.
