What causes this issue?
On IBM Power Systems, this denotes whether a partition is a Dedicated
LPAR or a Shared Processor LPAR (SPLPAR). Shared Processor LPAR's allow
for a sharing of processor resources, so that the unused capacity of one
SPLPAR can be utilized by another SPLPAR.The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
