What causes this issue?
Matching elements (account postings and statement transactions) from
the table can only be added to or used to create a matching group if
they have not already been matched. Elements that have not yet been
matched have no green traffic light.System Response
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
How to fix this error?
In the table of account postings and statement transactions to be
matched, you can change the status of matching elements from
<LS>matched</> to <LS>not matched</> by double-clicking on them.Procedure for System Administrators
