  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The <DS:DE.RL_ROLEACM>role of location in account statement</> is not
    maintained for RP account &V1&.

    System Response

Normalization of the +/- signs for account postings and statement
transactions is only possible if the role of location in account
statement is maintained in the master record for the RP account.
Without normalization, posting and statement transaction quantities can
only be compared by amount. The fields
<DS:DE.RL_CPQUAN_STNORM>Posting quantity: +/- sign normalized according
    to statement</> and
<DS:DE.RL_CPQUAN_PONORM>Posting quantity: +/- sign normalized according
    to account posting</>
are not available in the matching dialog.
Automatic matching is based on the normalized quantities and is
    therefore likewise unavailable.

    How to fix this error?

Discuss the statement roles with the returnable packaging partner if
necessary, and maintain the RP account master accordingly.
