What causes this issue?

You tried to delete the main relationship for an RP account.

System Response

Deletion is not permitted and was therefore not carried out.

How to fix this error?

It is only possible to delete the assignment of subordinate
relationships. If you want to exclude the RP account from business
transactions such as goods movements and account matching, you can do
this via the <DS:DE.RL_ACCTSTATE>RP account status</>.

You can delete an RP account by selecting RP account -> Delete.
