What causes this issue?

You have selected handling units with different reference types (for
the sales order, stock transport, delivery) and want to change them
together. This is not possible.

The action is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Repeat the action by only selecting handling units with the same
reference type.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
