What causes this issue?

You tried to create a text item manually in the HU proposal. However,
text items, as additional notes for packing personnel, can only be
created and edited in the packing instruction.
Text items are copied from packing instruction to HU proposal, but are
deleted when you save the HU proposal to create a handling unit.
Therefore, it makes no sense to enter a text item in HU proposal, since
it would be deleted when you save.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Delete the manually entered text item.
