What causes this issue?

Reservation item &V1& is not a reservation for material &V2&, or
picking may not be carried out for this reservation item for one of the
following reasons:
The backflushing indicator is set for the reservation.
The material of the item is marked as a pipeline material.

System Response

Picking cannot be carried out for the reservation.

Check the reservation item and the material.
