What causes this issue?

You are trying to create deliveries for the HUs which you selected. The
cumulated material quantity of the HUs is larger than the schedule line
quantities of the preceding document.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Only use HUs whose cumulated material quantity is smaller than the
schedule line quantities. To do so, choose one of the following
options:
Select different HUs.
Unpack some of the material contained in the HUs.
If want to deliver the HUs with the current quantity, increase the
schedule line quantities in the preceding document.
