What causes this issue?

The storage location you selected has been assigned as partner storage
location for several storage locations which require HUs in Customizing
table T001L.

System Response

The system cannot assign the correct HU storage location for the
transfer posting unless you select it manually.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In Customizing table T001L, do not assign more than one partner storage
location to each storage location which requires HUs.

  Cause:

Essentially, the system requires a storage location to proceed with the transfer posting, but since the selection was canceled, it cannot continue.
  Common scenarios include:
  
  During a transfer posting between storage locations or between warehouse and inventory management, the system asks for the target storage location.
  The user either presses the cancel button or closes the selection dialog without making a choice.
  The system then raises this error because it cannot proceed without a valid storage location.
  
  
  
  Solution:
  
  
  Select a Storage Location:
  When prompted, do not cancel the selection dialog. Instead, choose the appropriate storage location to which the stock should be transferred.
