The <DS:GLOS.F5677165383FD3119B440060B0671ACC>packing transaction
profile</> settings in Customizing are incorrect. The packing mode has
been set so that, if the document for which the handling units are
created is a delivery or a shipment, you cannot create packed goods
from handling units.
