What causes this issue?

It was not possible to establish the RFC (Remote Function Call)
connection to target system &V1&, that is, to the accounting system
Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA).

System Response

You cannot enter your planned business transaction. Processing is
terminated.
