What causes this issue?

You tried to assign a dependency of type &V1&. This is not possible. You
can only assign dependencies of type <ZK>precondition</>, <ZK>selection
condition</> or <ZK>procedure</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
