What causes this issue?

In the back-end system, configuration data (such as characteristics or
values) is no longer available.

System Response

The configuration status is set to <ZK>Inconsistent</>.

How to fix this error?

On the characteristic value assignment screen choose <ZK>Delete Load
Error</>. The inconsistent data will be deleted and you can continue
with the configuration of your product.

Procedure for System Administrators

The problem must be solved in the back-end system.
