What causes this issue?

Not all the parameters necessary for reading the impairment rate were
found. The following parameters are required: Key date, company code,
valuation area and valuation class.
The following parameters were found:
Key date &V1&, company code &V2&, valuation area &V3&, valuation class
&V4&.

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

This is probably the result of a program error. Contact SAP.
