What causes this issue?

a) Profile parameter stat/tabrec is set to 0.
b) No data summarization exists yet.

How to fix this error?

For a) Transaction ST03: Goto -> Parameters -> Statistic records;
change "table access statistic" to 100
or change profile parameter stat/tabrec to 100.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

For b) Start report RSSTAT80 and then report RSSTAT90.
