The number range interval for the collective processing number
(delivery group number with group type 'L' = 'collective processing')
has (or will soon) run out.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The system still allows you to create deliveries in this critical zone
of number assignment, but it issues this message to try to warn you of
potential serious problems in the future.
If the last number has been assigned, delivery creation in collective
processing is stopped and this message is issued as a termination
message.
You can avoid serious problems if you delete obselete delivery groups.
The system should allow you to create about 10,000,000,000 delivery
groups.
Check number range administration of collective processing numbers with
transaction <DS:TRAN.VSAN>VSAN</>.
Also delete outbound delivery groups that you no longer need using
transaction <DS:TRAN.VASK>VASK</>.
