What causes this issue?

One of the followings error occurred on calling up the telephone
interface:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

1. The telephone system has not been / or has been incorrectly connected
to the SAP system.
2. This work station has not been mapped to the telephone system.
3. This work station does not support outgoing calls.
4. Error in the telephone system software.
5. Communication error between the SAP system and the telephone system.
6. User is registered at several terminals so a unique mapping to one
telephone cannot be determined.

How to fix this error?

Please inform your system administrator whether telephone support has
been set up for your work station.
