What causes this issue?

You have tried to create a sales order with an assembly or network item
from a sales activity or a service notification.

System Response

For technical reasons, it is not possible to create an assembly order
or network plan immediately.

How to fix this error?

After saving the sales activity or service notification, edit the sales
order with transaction VA02. Execute an availability check to create
the assembly order or network plan.
