What causes this issue?

You attempted to execute a function for which e-mail specific settings
in Customizing are required. However, these settings were not yet made
in this system. For example, this problem can occur when you want to
send a questionnaire created with the Web Survey.

System Response

The function cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

In the transaction "Exit Rules for Inboud Processing" assign the
function module CL_UWS_FORM_RUNTIME_MAIL as an exit to the
communication type "Internet Mail". In addition, determine the e-mail
address that is assigned to the current system so that the filled in
and returned questionnaires can be evaluated in the system.
