What causes this issue?

You are attempting to create an entity with a name that is already being
used for another entity. You cannot create a text item with the same
name as an item. Conversely, you cannot create an item with the same
name as a text item.

System Response

You cannot save the entity under the selected name.

How to fix this error?

Use a different name for the entity.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
