The system is unable to determine the next steps for change request type

System Response

The system cannot predict the future dialog steps that lead to the
successful approval of the current change request.

How to fix this error?

Next steps are defined within the system's Customizing. Call transaction
MDGIMG to review the current settings under the following path:
<LS>Master Data Governance, Central Governance -> General Settings ->
Process Modeling -> Workflow</>
<LS>Rule-Based Workflow -> <DS:SIMG.MDG_V_USMD202C_SSW>Define Change
Request Steps for Rule-Based Workflow</></>
<LS>Other MDG Workflows -> <DS:SIMG.FMDM_USMD2020_2>Define Change
Request Step Numbers</></>
The <LS>Next Step</> column must be defined according to the golden path
of the current change request.
If the change request and workflow template correspond to predefined SAP
content, contact SAP via a customer incident. Mention the affected
change request type and workflow template.
