    Outbound implementations can only be determined from distribution
    services and assigned to the applications if one of the following
    conditions applies:
    The distribution service is assigned to the service class
    CL_USMD_RQ_GLAM_OUT (outbound implementation 1010).
    The distribution service is assigned to the service class
    CL_USMD_RQ_COA_OUT and a mapping exists there for the entity types
    ACCOUNT or FSI (outbound implementation 1000 or 1001).
    The distribution service is assigned to the service class
    CL_USMD_RQ_FRS_OUT and a mapping exists there for the entity types FRS
    or FCRS (outbound implementation 1020 or1021)

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
