What causes this issue?

According to the settings of the application &V1& in Customizing
(transaction DRFIMG), the current distribution step is to be performed
as a delta distribution. For delta distribution, a From-edition must
exist from which a data set has already been successfully distributed in
an earlier step.
A From-edition could not be determined here; the system instead
performs a full distribution of the entity types concerned, including
all changes made so far.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing settings of the application &V1& using transaction
DRFIMG, where required.
