What causes this issue?

Parent node &V3& of your selected node &V2& is being changed in change
request &V1&(&V4&).

System Response

If you insert nodes at the same level as &V2& (deselect <LS>Insert as
Subnode</>) and save, the system saves changes to &V1&(&V4&).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
