What causes this issue?

The context attribute for &V1& already exists. You tried to replace it
with a different value. This is not allowed in an already existing MDG
application context.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

To create a new MDG application context (for example a new change
request with additional information), call method
<DS:CO.CL_USMD_APP_CONTEXT DISCARD_CONTEXT>CL_USMD_APP_CONTEX
T=>DISCARD_CONTEXT</>first.
