What causes this issue?

Changes from derivations of entity type &V1& cannot be added to the
change request. The entity type is not in scope of the change request
type &V3&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Further processing is not possible. Contact your system administrator.

Add the entity type &V1& to the scope on entity type level in
