What causes this issue?

You tried to delete an entity of storage and usage type 1. The entity
properties in the data model for that entity type do not allow deletion.
Active data of the entity exists.

System Response

The system does not allow to delete such an entity.

How to fix this error?

It is allowed to delete (remove) an entity of storage and usage type 1
where deletion is not allowed only in case no active data of that entity
exists.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
