What causes this issue?

For the current action the system could not find a valid change request
type.
This can have different reasons:
For the combination of business activity &V1& and entity type there is
no change request type available.
There is a valid change request type available but the entity is blocked
because the entity is already part of an open change request.

System Response

The system cannot complete the current action.

How to fix this error?

Check the Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.FMDM_USMD110>Create Change Request Type</> and create a new
change request type, if necessary.
Check if the business object is part of an open change request.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
