What causes this issue?

The hierarchy version is either in the header of the transfer structure
or is not contained in the transfer structure at all. However, the
hierarchy is version-dependent.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Further restrict the hierarchy version in the selection conditions for
the download. Alternatively, you can include the hierarchy version in
the higher-level node in the data row of the transfer structure.
