is not an existing hierarchy name. This is not possible, since hierarchy
names can only be added to a hierarchy at the highest level, that is,
not below another hierarchy name.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Select an existing hierarchy name. The new hierarchy name is then
created on the same (highest) level under the selected hierarchy name.
