What causes this issue?

You have selected the hierarchy name as the entity type for the
higher-level node. In this case, the value of the hierarchy name must
equal the value of the higher-level node. This is currently not the case
because you have selected the value &V2& for the hierarchy name and the
value &V1& for the higher-level node.

The system has changed the value &V1& of the higher-level node to the
value of the hierarchy name &V2&.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
