What causes this issue?

You have entered an edition with an edition type that is <ZH>not</>
assigned to the selected change request type.
A specific edition type is assigned to each change request type. For the
selected change request type, you can only use editions with an edition
type that is assigned to the change request type.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Use the input help to select an edition with the correct edition type.
