    If you want to use the functionality of workflow assignments for change
    request types, you should do the following:
    Make workflow assignments for <zh>all</> change request types.
    Run transaction SWE2 and activate the event type linkage BUS2250-CREATED
    and deactivate all other relevant event type linkages.
