    You want to assign UI element &V3& of UI element type <LS>View</> as the
    <LS>Higher UI Element</> to UI element &V1&. UI element &V3& already has
    UI element &V4& assigned to it as the lower-level UI element. UI element
    &V4& either has the type <LS>Attachments</> or <LS>Custom Web Dynpro
    Component</>. No additional UI element can be displayed on a view that
    contains an attachment UI element or a Web Dynpro component.
