What causes this issue?

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You have the following options:
You can restore the original state of &V1& &V2& by creating the active
version of &V1& &V2& in the reuse active area again.
You can reject the change request. The active version of &V1& &V2& in
the reuse active area remains deleted.
You can activate the change request. The active version of &V1& &V2& in
the reuse active area is transferred from the change request.
