What causes this issue?

If relationships of type <LS>Referencing</> have the same name as
hierarchy attributes from references, they must reference the same
entity types. This is not the case here.
The relationship &V2& has the From-entity type &V3&, and the hierarchy
attribute from reference &V2& references the entity type &V4&.

System Response

The data model will not be saved or activated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
