What causes this issue?

Data element &V4& is assigned to the hierarchy attribute from reference
&V3& of node entity type &V2&. In the settings for the data element, the
<LS>Change Documents</> indicator is not set.

System Response

When master data is written, changes to the affected field are <ZH>not
</> logged in the change documents.

How to fix this error?

Set the <LS>Change Documents</> indicator for the data element.
