How To Fix USMD1245 - Data model &1, entity type &2: Structure will not be generated

What causes this issue?

You want a structure to be generated for an entity type with
<DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> <LS>4</>. However, the
structure for the higher-level entity type &V3& with storage and use
type <LS>1</> is not generated (for using <LS>PDF-based forms</>).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Include the higher-level entity type for generation as well.
