What causes this issue?

System settings allow the creation of a data model only if you use the
delivered data model 0F as a template.

System Response

The data model cannot be created.

How to fix this error?

Either use the delivered data model 0F itself, or use it as a template
for a new data model. If you do not want to use the delivered data model
as a template, contact SAP Support.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
