What causes this issue?

Entity types with <DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use type</> <LS>4
</> can be used as <ls>To-entity types</> in relationships only if the
relationship has the type <ls>Leading</> and the <ls>To-entity type</>
also has the storage and use type <ls>4</>. One or more of these
conditions have not been fulfilled.

System Response

The data model cannot be saved or activated.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
