What causes this issue?

Entity types with <LS>1</> as the <DS:DE.USMD_USAGE_TYPE>storage and use
type</> <ZH>cannot</> be on a higher level than entity types with the
storage and use type <LS>2 </>or <LS>3</> (using relationships with
<LS>Leading</> or <LS>Qualifying</> as the relationship type). If an
entity type is edition-dependent, all dependent entity types must also
be edition-dependent.

System Response

The data model cannot be saved or activated.

How to fix this error?

Assign an entity type with a suitable storage and use type.
