What causes this issue?

The Workplace Plug-In is not available in the system.

System Response

Object URLs can only be launched correctly if the Drag&Relate metadata
is known in the system. The table containing these values are part of
the Workplace Plug-In. These tables are missing in the current system.
Therefore, no object URLs are generated.

How to fix this error?

Import the Workplace Plug-In to the current system and import or
maintain the metadata.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
