What causes this issue?

Characteristic &V1& was chosen as an access characteristic in a
planning level of the knowledge base. However, this characteristic is
not found in the data in planning level &V2& of planning area &V3& to
which the data in the knowledge base is to be applied via a planning
function.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Either include characteristic &V1& in planning level &V2& of planning
area &V3& or change the planning level of the knowledge base.
