When calling up planning function &V3& with the parameter set &V4&,
none of the parameter in the range &V1& through &V2& were transferred.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter at least one value for the parameters &V1& through &V2& in the
parameter set.
